1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at https://materialcut.com/ or submitting a request for quotation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

MaterialCut provides precision cutting services (waterjet, CNC routing, panel saw) and distributes technical plastics, metals, and laminates. All services are intended for business-to-business (B2B) customers.

3. Quotations and Orders

• Technical Specifications: You are responsible for the accuracy of all technical drawings, dimensions, and specifications (DXF, DWG, STEP, PDF) submitted for quotation.
• Quotations: Price quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until an official order is confirmed.
• Tolerances: Standard industrial cutting tolerances apply unless specific tolerances are explicitly requested and agreed upon in writing before production.

4. Materials

If you supply the material for cutting, you must provide sufficient excess material for setup and testing. MaterialCut is not responsible for defects inherent in customer-supplied materials.

5. Liability

MaterialCut’s liability for any defective parts produced from our materials is limited to the replacement of the defective parts or a refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where MaterialCut is registered.
