POM-C

Polyoxymethylene Copolymer

Standards: ISO 9988, ASTM D4181, DIN 16779

FDA EU 10/2011 RoHS REACH

Overview

POM-C (Polyoxymethylene Copolymer) is the most widely used engineering acetal plastic, offering excellent dimensional stability, low friction, high stiffness and good chemical resistance. The copolymer version (POM-C) has better chemical resistance and lower risk of centreline porosity compared to POM-H homopolymer. Available from multiple manufacturers under trade names Sustarin® C (Röchling), Ertacetal® C (MCAM), TECAFORM® AH (Ensinger) and Delrin® 500 (Celanese). Standard colours in stock: natural (white), black, blue. Other colours available on request with MOQ.
