Overview
FR4-HF (Halogen-free FR4) meets the same electrical and mechanical performance as standard FR4 but without brominated flame retardants. Complies with RoHS and REACH without restriction. Required for applications where halogen-free materials are mandated (e.g., railway, certain medical and aerospace applications). UL 94 V-0 flame retardancy achieved through phosphorus-based additives.
