Polycarbonate (Engineering Grade)
Standards: ISO 7391, ASTM D3935
PC Engineering Sheet (Polycarbonate for machining) is an opaque/milky-white engineering plastic optimised for CNC machining, drilling and milling. High dimensional stability, excellent impact resistance (20 kJ/m² notched Charpy) and HDT of 135°C. Used for machine guards, electrical enclosures, structural components and precision machined parts. NOT transparent — for transparent glazing applications, see PC Glazing Sheet.
Brand names: Sustanat® PC (Röchling), Makrolon® GP (Covestro), Lexan® 9034 (SABIC), TECAGLAZE® PC (Ensinger).
