Polyethylene (Electrically Conductive / ESD)
Brand: Polystone® G EL — Röchling, Polystone® M EL — Röchling, TIVAR® GH — MCAM
Standards: ISO 11542
PE-EL (Electrically Conductive Polyethylene) is a carbon-filled PE-HD or PE-UHMW grade with controlled electrical conductivity for ESD and ATEX applications. Surface resistivity typically 10³–10⁵ Ω. Used in explosive atmospheres (ATEX), semiconductor handling, and conveyor systems where static discharge must be prevented. Maintains the chemical resistance and low friction of standard PE.
