Overview

PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate, Acrylic, Plexiglas) is the most optically clear plastic with 92% light transmission — better than glass. UV resistant, weatherproof and easy to machine. Available in extruded (lower cost) and cast (better optical quality, higher molecular weight) versions. Ideal for signage, displays, lighting and glazing.
