PPSU (Polyphenylsulfone) offers the highest impact resistance among polysulfone-family plastics, with outstanding hydrolytic stability and steam sterilisation resistance (1000+ autoclave cycles). HDT 205°C. NSF 61 and WRAS certified for potable water. Used in medical instruments, surgical trays and dairy processing equipment.
